Birmingham – Hybrid working on a permanent basis. Competitive starting salary of £27,694 – £29,064 per annum, depending on experience.
You will be part of the Digital Communications Team within Communications, working closely with the Senior Digital Content Officer (SDCO) and Digital Communications Manager (DCM) to support social media and content creation for The Vegan Society. The post holder will share high‑quality information to engage different audiences, raise awareness of veganism and help bring The Vegan Society’s work to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Support the SDCO with TVS social media channels scheduling, moderating and engagement (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs) providing cover in the absence of the SDCO.
* Monitor social media inbox, directing to colleagues as appropriate.
* Moderate social media channels on rotation with colleagues.
* Support SDCO with content ideas/creation for TVS social media channels, including awareness days and key dates.
Who Are We Looking For
* A very high standard of literacy with good all‑round writing and proofreading skills.
* A good understanding of social media and content marketing.
* Computer literate with strong MS Office skills, including the ability to analyse and manipulate data.
* Someone who follows a vegan lifestyle and is passionate about animal welfare, human and planetary health.
* An organised and enthusiastic team player with the skills and ability to work independently.
