• Support: Provide 1:1 support to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
• Assist: Help teachers implement individual education plans tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Engage: Monitor and supervise students during class activities, ensuring they understand instructions and tasks.
• Manage: De-escalate challenging behavior with positivity and effective behavior management techniques.
• Communicate: Build positive relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while maintaining detailed records of each child’s progress.
• Nurture: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that helps children integrate into school life more easily.

Requirements:
• Right to work in the UK
• Valid DBS check or willingness to apply for one
• Prior experience working with students with special educational needs
• Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods accordingly
