Your new role
You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the inbox, processing orders, liaising with the transport team, responding to customer queries and complaints, involved in reporting and analysis, monitoring and managing customer bookings, and supporting with general ad hoc administrative duties. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00, full-time, office-based.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need to have previous administration experience, strong attention to detail, be confident with Microsoft Office and Excel, and ideally have previous experience using a sales order processing system.
What you’ll get in return
You will have a permanent position working for a manufacturing organisation and will receive an annual salary of £27,000 to £30,000 depending on experience.
