We are looking for compassionate, friendly individuals who want to give our young people the best possible chance to succeed. As a Residential Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
* Helping with day-to-day activities such as getting the young people washed, dressed, and out to school.
* Taking the young people on days out.
* Actively safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the children.
* Undertaking housekeeping and maintaining standards of hygiene within the home.
* Supporting the Registered Home Manager to ensure a warm and nurturing environment is delivered and developed in line with Aspris core values.
* Working on a two shifts on, one shift off basis, 15 hours per shift.
