About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Intelex Administrator / Developer to take ownership of the Intelex platform, a critical Health & Safety (EHS) system used across the business.
Currently, the platform is managed directly by business users with limited IT governance. This role will establish structure, provide day-to-day support, and drive technical improvementsallowing business stakeholders to focus on strategic initiatives instead of operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Support
* Act as the primary administrator for the Intelex platform
* Manage daily support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
* Configure modules, workflows, forms, and dashboards based on business needs
* Handle user management, roles, and access controls
Configuration & Continuous Improvement
