A Guernsey-based offshore practice seeks to make a Counsel level appointment into its Insolvency & Dispute Resolution team, supporting the continued growth of its contentious offering globally. The successful applicant will advise on a mix of cross-border disputes and insolvency matters, working closely with colleagues across key jurisdictions and acting for an international client base. The role offers genuine responsibility for matters, direct client exposure and involvement in business development as the Guernsey practice continues to expand.
