Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive and Sales at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for helping the business grow, managing high demand in demo requests, upgrades, and support agreements, as well as maintaining customer relationships and account management. Work and sell a product that professionals love, which has an exceptional retention rate.
What we are looking for
* Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
* Strong leadership skills and a proven track record in selling SaaS or sales experience.
* Experience in business development, account management, or sales.
* Experience in life sciences, especially in regulated industries such as MedTech or Pharma, and knowledge of key regulatory processes in regulatory, clinical, or PMS areas is a plus.
* Proactively seek new sales opportunities through various methods and recommendations from existing customers.
* Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
* Cultivate and maintain existing customer relationships and revenue.
* Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
* Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
* Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
* Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction.
* Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
* Passion for solving problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
* Strong system design and problem-solving skills, as we often deal with the “unknown”.
