Job Details An opportunity has arisen for a Technician position within Roads and Transportation Services, Roads Network Management team. You will assist the Lead Consultant in the performance of their duties and provide support services to professional staff. You will provide the first point of contact to the public, utility companies, their contractors and Council staff. There will be a focus on roadworks coordination, Fife Council and utility performance management in terms of roadworks. Roads and Transportation operate on a blended working basis. The Person Experience or knowledge in New Roads and Street Works Act 1991, Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and the Scottish Road Works Register would be advantageous. Applicants will be required to travel throughout Fife as part of their duties.
