An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help strengthen our Estate Maintenance Team. This role is to help make a difference in our local communities, providing much needed front-line services on our Derby Homes managed estates and across the city. Ensuring we can provide a clean, tidy and safe environment for our tenants and residents to live within and be proud of.
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and work well as part of a team. You will need to demonstrate good communication, organisation and customer service skills to help deliver the high standard of service our customers have come to expect.
