We are currently working on behalf of a highly respected legal practice to find a proactive and detail focused Legal Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a legal or professional services environment who is confident working with digital dictation and providing a high standard of administrative support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
·Audio typing of legal correspondence, documents, and reports via digital dictation
·Preparing and formatting legal documents accurately and efficiently
·Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
·Filing, photocopying, and general office administration
·Diary management and client appointment scheduling
·Supporting solicitors and fee earners with day-to-day admin tasks
What We’re Looking For:
·Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal setting
·Fast, accurate audio typing and strong dictation skills
·Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
·Professional communication and interpersonal skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document formatting
·Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
