Berkeley Scott are partnering with a Michelin, 3‑Rosette restaurant based in Wales, searching for a Junior Sous Chef. Working alongside a small team of chefs, the Junior Sous Chef will work with hyper‑local produce as part of an award‑winning team.
Closed Sunday & Monday. 4‑day week. £48k package. Full relocation is required but will be supported by the restaurant. This role has NO LIVE‑IN.
