Role: Customer Service Representative (Temp)
We are recruiting for an exciting Customer Service representative to join the Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service helpdesk team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide essential services within a diverse organization.
Responsibilities include:
* Delivering a wide range of customer service and administrative tasks to help create a more effective, less costly, and more responsive justice system.
* Handling calls from the public seeking assistance with their claims.
* Maintaining communication with court staff across the country.
* Resolving customer queries across various contact channels, meeting performance indicators for accuracy and timeliness.
Working hours: 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday. Positions involve a rota system of working in Northampton town centre and from home.
Qualifications and skills: A positive attitude, flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
