Key Responsibilities & Duties To promote the service with internal and external stakeholders as agreed by the Regional Manager To contribute to the care planning and risk management strategies in place for children and provide feedback from one-to-one sessions and group work that will inform the MDT when reviewing individual children’s progress. To provide detailed reports of the work completed to inform the care planning and risk management of individual children. To advise the Regional Manager and recommend areas for improvements to support quality in service delivery.
