Internal Sales Representative
to join our team.

About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the external sales team to drive growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with inbound leads and existing clients via phone, email, and CRM platforms.
* Qualify and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.
* Support the external sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
* Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure all sales data is up to date.
* Assist with the coordination of sales campaigns and promotions.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

What We're Looking For:

* Experience or willing to learn sales, telesales, or customer service role (B2B or B2C).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
* Someone who wants to progress and grow within the company.
