RG Consultancy are proud to be working with well-established property company based in Widnes to help recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this is a brilliant opportunity for a part/ qualified, CIMA/ACCA candidate to join a supportive team of seven within a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
* Over see balance sheets and month end process to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Reconcile intercompany posting and transactions
* Produce monthly cashflow forecasts
* Collaborate with Finance Director to develop annual budget and forecast
* Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision making.
* Oversee the completion of full VAT returns process
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll process
* Coordinate the preparation of annual accounts, acting as the primary contact for external accountants and tax advisers.
* Lead and develop the finance team: overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit control function
* Provide clear direction to member of the team when managing (set KPI, monitor monthly performance
* Part / qualified ACCA or CIMA
* Proven experience in a senior finance role
