Are you a qualified Accountant, preferably with a practice background, looking for a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking environment?

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of accounts for a variety of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
* Involvement in tax, VAT, and audit assignments.
* Managing your own portfolio of clients with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent communication and professionalism.
* Delivering high-quality work under deadlines, while managing a varied and busy workload.
Requirements
* Recent experience as a Semi-Senior or Senior Accountant in a general practice environment.
* Proven experience managing a client portfolio.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
* A positive mindset with a can-do attitude.
* Ability to perform effectively under pressure in a complex environment.
Qualifications:
* A-Level or equivalent (preferred).
* Accounting experience: minimum of 4 years (preferred).
