We are looking to recruit a House Manager for a block of retirement flats in North Berwick. The role involves daily checks of the building, liaising with contractors, instructing remedial works, weekly testing of fire alarm and general administration tasks.
The ideal person will have strong people skills in order to develop and promote a warm and friendly environment for the residents.
Knowledge of managing property is not essential.
The role does not require you to provide any personal care to the residents.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 1pm (25 hrs per week / 5 hrs per day)
