We are currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to join a well-established and growing organisation.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, providing key administrative support across both office and operational teams. The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring day-to-day business activities run smoothly and efficiently.
The Role
The Business Administrator will be responsible for supporting a range of administrative processes, ensuring accurate record keeping, effective communication, and efficient coordination across departments. This role would suit someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Providing general administrative support to office and operational teams
2. Handling incoming calls and email enquiries professionally
3. Processing orders, job documentation, and related paperwork
4. Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
5. Supporting purchase orders and supplier communication
6. Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and collections
7. Liaising with internal teams to support workflow and updates
8. Assisting with stock and materials tracking where required
9. Supporting general office duties as needed
Candidate Requirements
10. Previous administration or office support experience preferred
11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
12. Good communication skills, both written and verbal
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
14. Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
15. A proactive and flexible approach to work
