Job Title- Domestic Heating Supervisor
Location-Lincoln
Salary-£40,000-£44,000
Are you a qualified plumber with experience of domestic installs? Are you looking for your next career move with an established national name?
We are working with a powerhouse in property services, who are looking for a domestic heating supervisor to oversee a team for air source heat pump installations on social housing properties across Lincolnshire.
As a domestic heating supervisor, you will;
1. Oversee the install of air source heat pumps to social housing properties
2. Provide technical advise to both the team and clients
3. Provide on the tools assistance when required
4. Manage/schedule workloads
5. Support the mechanical project manager with contract management/delivery
As a domestic heating supervisor, it is required that you;
6. Level 2 or 3 NVQ qualified plumber/building services engineering
7. Have a strong working knowledge of renewable solutions
8. Have previous management/supervisory experience, or are looking to take the next step up to such a role
9. Full UK driving licence
10. Excellent customer services skills
As a domestic heating supervisor, you will receive;
11. £40,000-£44,000 starting salary based on qualifications and experience
12. Company van and fuel card
13. 24 days annual leave plus public holidays
