You will be responsible and accountable for:
1. The day-to-day recruitment and delivery of training to volunteers and staff.
2. Ensuring we provide an integrated advice service across multiple channels.
3. The development of our advice services to achieve the aims and objectives of our Business and Development Plans.
4. The training and supervision of newly appointed advice volunteers to ensure training completion and that volunteers meet national advice competence standards.
You will have experience of:
1. Working with volunteers.
2. Ensuring quality standards are met, monitoring services against contract requirements and targets across various funding streams.
3. Recruitment, training, and monitoring of volunteers.
4. Working in the Citizens Advice service and/or advice sector.
We welcome applications from experienced social welfare caseworkers and/or advice supervisors, as well as others who have worked in the advice sector.
We will provide comprehensive training and support, as well as continuous professional development.
You will have:

* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to manage a busy workload.
* The ability to manage and motivate volunteers and support their development.
