Customer Support Administrator
We are recruiting for a Customer Support Administrator to join a thriving business based in Brierley Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and customer-focused individual with experience in customer service, order processing and administration, an immediate start is also available for the right person.
Responsibilities Process bookings accurately and ensure there are no duplicate entries. Investigate courier issues with DPD and DHL, including claims for failed deliveries. Manage international delivery enquiries. Respond to customer queries via ticketing system, email and telephone. Send pre-order notifications and updates. Generate return labels and process customer returns. Monitor eBay and Amazon accounts to maintain strong performance ratings. Support warehouse workflow and communicate order updates. Handle fraud notifications and escalate concerns appropriately. Assist with crediting customer orders once fully trained. Act as a key point of contact between customers, the warehouse and internal departments. Provide feedback to management on recurring customer concerns and service improvements.
What We Are Looking For Previous experience in customer service, sales order processing or administration. Excellent communication skills and confidence handling challenging customer situations. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
