Role: Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

Salary: £100 – £130 per day

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a highly regarded school in the Buckingham area. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting both teaching and learning, helping to shape a positive educational experience for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, providing focused support to individuals and small groups.
Assist in developing and adapting learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students, aligned with the school’s curriculum goals.
Help assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to students and teachers, and support the implementation of improvement strategies.
Promote and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment by effectively applying the school’s behaviour management policies.
Offer tailored support to students with special educational needs or additional learning requirements, adjusting teaching approaches to suit varied learning styles.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on educational best practices and foster a culture of learning within the school.
Qualifications and Requirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent is required.
Proven experience in a similar school-based role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
