* Salary: £13.99 per hour / £29,281.07 per annum
* Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern working 6.00 am-6.00 pm ( 40.25 hours per week)

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
You will:
* Monitor the quality of work that our operatives carry out and manage performance.
* Ensure products are handled correctly and in line with manual handling guidelines.
* Complete investigations and rectify any possible discrepancies.
* Take responsibility for administration duties, where needed.
* Provide support with HR functions such as disciplinary meeting fairly and consistently.
* Be responsible for the site’s cleanliness and maintenance.
* Keep track of your team’s performance and be able to offer upskilling opportunities.
