The Rewards
* Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 per year (Industry-leading pay plan based on experience and accreditations).
* Schedule: 5 days per week, 08:30 AM – 17:00 PM (with a half-hour lunch break).

Your Role As a core VAG Diagnostic Technician in our Cardiff team, you will:
* Advanced Diagnostics: Use specialist manufacturer tools to identify, investigate, and rectify complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical vehicle faults.
* Mechanical & Electrical Repair: Carry out advanced technical repairs, chassis work, system updates, and safety-critical maintenance to precise brand standards.
* Servicing: Perform full vehicle health checks, safety inspections, and high-quality routine maintenance.
* Innovation & EV: Deal with cutting-edge automotive tech, including advanced systems, hybrid powertrains, and electric vehicles.
* Technical Quality: Maintain strict "right first time" repair standards to maximize workshop efficiency and deliver complete customer satisfaction.
What You Need
* Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent). Holding an HVT Level 3 (High Voltage Technician) accreditation is highly desirable but not essential.
* Technical Skill: Strong diagnostic, testing, and mechanical repair skills, with solid experience working to VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) equivalent standards.
* Licensing Requirements: A full, valid UK driving licence is required.
