Litigation Solicitor - Suffolk
PQE: 7+ years
Location: Suffolk
Working Pattern: 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: £55,000 – £70,000

About the Role
We’re seeking a senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor (7+ PQE) to take a key role within the firm’s expanding Disputes team. You’ll handle a broad range of contentious matters for businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and international clients, including:
* Contract disputes
* Shareholder and partnership disputes
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Commercial property disputes and land disputes
* Insolvency litigation
* Professional negligence claims
* Construction disputes, adjudication & arbitration
* Contentious probate & debt recovery
You will work closely with colleagues across departments, taking internal referrals and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, has strong technical ability, and thrives in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years PQE in commercial litigation / dispute resolution
* Broad experience across civil and commercial disputes
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build client relationships
* Excellent technical knowledge and sound commercial judgment
* Confident managing a caseload autonomously
* A proactive and solutions-driven mindset
* Someone who is team-focused and able to contribute to business development
Working Arrangements
* Typically based in the firm’s Cambridgeshire office
* 3 days per week in-office, with flexibility for occasional home working
* Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
* Occasional travel to other regional offices may be required
