Please note: You will be required to attend the office in Nantgarw on a weekly basis as part of your contractual base.
Main duties of the job
* Supporting the development of the service, you will help shape the vision of becoming a one stop shop for all people insight and analytic.
* Collaborate with colleagues using workforce data to support them with performance, analytics, business intelligence and workforce planning
* Provide information, guidance and support to colleagues on ESR and its functionality
* To support the Workforce Intelligence Team in the provision of an effective and efficient workforce information service by monitoring and maintaining the quality of information held on ESR including regular data cleansing.
* To provide administrative support of the Workforce Information System for the People Analytics Team.
* Support specific Workforce Information / ESR projects within NWSSP

Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Educated to A Level, preferably in a relevant subject or relevant equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
* Strong interest in information management and data analysis
Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of computer systems/databases
* Experience of working with Workforce Information Systems
Desirable criteria
* Experience of using Microsoft 365 Power BI, flow automate desirable
Skills & Attributes
Essential criteria
* Able to work with databases and produce reports as necessary
* Ability to use the range of software packages, with particular emphasis on the use of Excel with experience using Excel functions including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
Desirable criteria
* Report writing skills
