Full time 37 hours
Band 5 - Salary Range £33,247 - £41,424 per annum
Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £2,482 per annum
A Relocation assistance of up to £8,000 is available
This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for new or experienced mental health nurses to join our dynamic Community Mental health Team. We are looking for registered nurses RMN, who have experience and skills in community settings or crisis teams and who want to further develop in a remote and rural setting.
Responsibilities
* The post holder will be part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering best-practice, evidenced based interventions to individuals who require mental health support and treatment.
* Develop, implement and evaluate individually planned care together with other members of the multidisciplinary team and partner agencies, with sound working knowledge of current Mental Health policy and legislation.
* Undertake assessments of individual need and contribute to the development and evaluation of care plans.
* Work as part of a team providing scheduled and unscheduled care to patients who require immediate input either at home or in acute settings.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; experience of multi-agency working would be an advantage.
