* Salary: £40,777 per annum (pro rata for part time)
* Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible working options available
* Contract: Fixed term or Secondment up to 12 months (maternity cover)

Your Role And Responsibilities

As our new Project Lead, you’ll play a vital role in supporting two key boards: the Health and Wellbeing Board and the Collaborative Communities Board.

You will be:

* leading the Local Welfare Assistance Scheme, ensuring timely application reviews and reporting
* managing data analysis and reporting to the Department for Work and Pensions and central government
* line managing a team of up to six, supporting their development and wellbeing
* collaborating with partners across Suffolk, including district and borough councils, and the voluntary sector
* contributing to strategic initiatives tackling poverty, food instability, and community resilience.


You will need:

* strong project management and line management experience
* confidence in data reporting and analysis
* ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* experience working with government funding and budget oversight
* excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
* a flexible, forward-thinking mindset and a passion for making a difference.

We typically work from the office on Wednesdays, with flexibility for a second day based on team needs.
