The Role We’re on the lookout for a well-rounded and experienced Head of Marketing to lead the charge on a portfolio of long-term client accounts. This client-facing role will oversee the strategy, execution, and performance of a range of digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content strategy, and analytics. You’ll thrive in a team-oriented environment and be confident in managing client relationships and expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead Client Strategy: Serve as the primary contact for clients, translating their business goals into tailored digital marketing strategies. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to enhance site performance and search visibility. Content & Social Media: Oversee content calendars, develop engaging multimedia content, and manage social media publishing and engagement. Email & CRM Automation: Design targeted email campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign. Performance Analysis: Deliver regular reports and insights using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tools to drive data-informed decisions. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in a management position, leading teams within a digital marketing or agency environment Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Proficient in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and performance reporting. Experience using WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms. Competency with graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid understanding of email marketing tools and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. Bonus: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript or the ability to liaise with developers on web projects.
