Contract: Full‑Time / Part‑Time — flexible to suit you
Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110
Hours: School hours (08:30 – 15:30)

We are seeking caring, patient and committed LSAs to work with pupils in both primary and secondary settings. You’ll help children with additional needs access learning, feel confident in the classroom and develop essential skills for life.
Your Role Will Include
* Supporting pupils with special educational needs in their learning and wellbeing
* Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged throughout the school day
* Assisting teachers with lessons, routines and classroom activities
* Creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment
* Adapting to different schools, age groups and individual needs
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school, care, SEN, youth work etc.)
* A calm, patient and supportive attitude
* Confidence to work across a variety of school environments
* A genuine desire to help children reach their potential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
