HR ASSISTANT

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
An Admin cum HR Assistant manages daily human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping. This position handles employee inquiries, maintains personnel files, and performs general administrative duties like ordering supplies, filing, and requires strong organizational and MS Office skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Support HR tasks including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
* Handle basic office admin duties (calls, filing, supplies, courier)
* Assist with staff queries and leave matters
* Help with work pass applications and documentation
* Maintain accurate and confidential records
Requirements
* Education: GCE O Level / Diploma in Business Studies/Human Resource Management or a Certificate in Office Skills Or interest in HR Field.
* Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in related administrative or HR roles.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), strong communication, and multitasking abilities.
* Attributes: Meticulous, organized, self-motivated, and capable of maintaining high confidentiality.
Working Hours
* 9.00AM -6.00PM (Monday to Friday)
* Some positions require staggered hours.
