Position Overview As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our community, managing enquiries, supporting our Studio Instructors and Leads, and ensuring a seamless client experience. You'll bring warmth, professionalism, and organisation to every interaction, helping clients feel valued and connected to our studio.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for all client enquiries (email, phone, and social media), providing timely, friendly, and professional responses.
• Manage and filter enquiries to the relevant team members when needed.
• Follow our enquiry management process to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Record and categorise enquiries using the correct platforms and systems.
• Support Studio Instructors and Leads with administration, customer needs, and calendar management.
• Assist with the organisation of events, workshops, and studio launches.
• Manage private bookings and support with teacher training projects.
• Respond to client reviews (including Google Reviews) with professionalism and brand-appropriate tone.
• Monitor and report on the success of promotions, discounts, and offers.
• Gather and support client feedback through surveys and feedback forms.
• Proactively engage with clients (including outbound calls) to build loyalty and support retention.
• Maintain positive, supportive relationships with both clients and team members.
