Job Description
Job Title: Senior Receptionist
Type: Part-time (Monday - Wednesday, 21 hours)
Hours of work: Flexibility required between core hours 8:30am and 5:30pm due to shift patterns, as well as overtime cover between 7am and 9pm depending on business demand
Duration: 12 month FTC
Location: Leeds

Purpose of the role: To act as the senior person responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of client services, including reception, catering, AV, events, and concierge, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures while providing world-class service at all times.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure a world-class service across reception areas, face-to-face and virtual communication.
* Anticipate client needs, assist with requests and queries efficiently.
* Liaise with Facilities Manager on tenant communications.
* Lead by example to define and deliver 5-star client service.
* Maintain a high-profile presence at reception, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Offer hotel-style concierge services.
* Communicate effectively across all client levels.
* Manage workload and deadlines proactively.
* Organize resources for smooth daily operations.
* Resolve conflicts over demands and interests.
* Monitor and improve housekeeping standards.
* Support client liaison and service issue resolution.
* Manage catering services, including costs and invoicing.
* Handle invoices and billing with finance teams.
* Line management of 2 team members, including performance and development.
* Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
* Suggest process and service improvements.
* Build positive team relationships.
* Implement policies and procedures.
* Adhere to health & safety policies and emergency procedures.
* Perform other duties as required.
Candidate Overview:
* At least 2 years of senior reception or supervisory experience.
* Experience with booking systems, preferably Condeco.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* IOSH Managing Safely desirable.
* Minimum GCSEs including maths and English.
