Senior / Exec Producer – Post Production of TVC, Social / Branded Content / Digital Video & DOOH Campaigns - £55,000 -65,000 p/a - Hybrid working
Working with some of the best names within the luxury, beauty, Fashion, lifestyle and FMCG space, this London based agency who has a global footprint is looking to find a very client centric and super organised, Senior / Executive Post Producer to join a small team, in this exciting position!
The role sits within the moving image team of this award winning agency who offers creative integrated campaigns, studio and production (pre / shoots and post) services as well as events.
The role will see you working directly with clients as well as creative agency Account Management team, creatives and Shoot Producers to ingest briefs, plan and organise fast paced, and high quality projects with lots of deliverables. You’ll work with the moving image team of editors, animators, 3D, VFX etc. and other Post Producers to book resource and ensure smooth workflow and delivery of sometimes large volumes of assets across TVC, Social / content, DOOH and in-store video. Work will be predominantly short form, perhaps with some branded content and will involve lots of VFX, animation, 3D, editing, grading, and versioning / adaptions.
Key responsibilities:
* Build strong client relationships whilst liaising with internal departments to deliver multiple campaigns / assets concurrently to schedule and budget.
* Following and updating post-production workflows with the inhouse team on Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, AE and C4D.
* Interpret creative briefs and quoting all aspects of post.
* Briefings with creative, preparing budgets, assigning operators, briefing bookings, managing schedules and creative reviews, taking and distributing client / creative feedback.
* Financial control on projects – tracking costs, signing off and managing timesheets and reconciliation on projects.
* Being a leader in the department, and ensuring high standards of work as well as working with clients to negate challenges.
Campaigns will vary in terms of complexity and timings so is important that you have a full understanding of all post production processes, what’s possible, and how long work takes, as well as having worked in a busy Post House environment. You will need to have a strong knowledge of the different digital file formats and codecs available. The Post Producer will work directly with clients and it is important that you can build strong relationships at all levels and with all parties.
You’ll need to be very well organised as you will juggle multiple projects from dissecting brief and project planning through to delivery. You will need to be used to putting together cost estimates and managing timing plans, booking in resource and acting as the conduit to all parties to ensure work is delivered to the highest standard on time.

Post Production experience of TVC / Social Video content / DOOH work is a must and ideally from a busy London facility. Having worked with clients form a broad range of industries is a plus and ideally focussing on luxury, beauty, Fashion, lifestyle and FMCG.
