Job Description:
* Oversee daily online operations, including game performance, promotions, and player engagement.
* Research other game providers and internal teams to ensure a strong, updated content offering.
* Monitor KPIs such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, and player retention rates.
* Manage budgets, bonus structures, and promotional calendars to maximize ROI.
* Game and platform management.
* Player acquisition.
* Develop and execute acquisition strategies specifically targeting U.S.-based players.
* Leverage digital marketing channels (SEO, paid ads, affiliates, influencers, social media) to grow the player base.
* Manage relationships and negotiate performance-based deals.
* Create and optimize onboarding funnels to maximize player conversion rates.
* Work closely with all teams to ensure smooth transition from acquisition to retention phases.
* Proven experience and understanding in the casino or gaming industry: 4+ years.
* Knowledge or experience with the US market is a must.
