What you'll be doing
* Overseeing all lifting operations on site in line with regulations and standards.
* Developing lift plans and risk assessments with Appointed Persons.
* Supervising the selection, inspection and use of lifting equipment.
* Leading lifting teams, maintaining records and supporting incident investigations.
What we want from you
* Level 3 lifting qualification and ACE card, with LATS, SSSTS and IOSH.
* Strong background in lifting operations, ideally in construction or energy.
* Confident communicator who can lead teams and drive a strong safety culture.
