We are working with a progressive, large-scale farming business looking to recruit a Skilled Operator to join their established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid arable experience, or a capable operator looking to broaden their skillset across both arable and/or vegetable production.The BusinessThe farm operates across approximately 1,600 hectares growing a diverse rotation of over 20 crop types, including cereals, oilseeds, sugar beet, and vegetable crops such as brassicas.With a strong focus on early and winter production, the farm benefits from a unique climate that allows for year-round harvesting.
