In this position, you will ensure the smooth operation of tour scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks, directly contributing to the success of our live events. We hold regular staff events in our atrium stage space including hosting speakers and open mic nights to showcase Live Nation employee talent.**Who you are****Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience*** Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the entertainment, events, or music industry with one of the following roles preferred: Promoter’s Assistant, Agent’s Assistant, Ticketing Manager, Tour Manager, Production Coordinator, Venue Booker, Operations Manager, Tour Accountant* Experience supporting events of at least 10,000 capacity (e.g. arena level)* A confident and effective administrator who is experienced in offering high level organisational support* Strong ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders* Detail-oriented, highly organised with a commitment to accuracy* Enthusiasm for live music and a passion for the music industry* Strong level of numeracy skills* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel**Behaviours**The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success* High level of professionalism and reliability* High level of initiative, self-motivated and problem-solving skills* Enthusiasm for live music and a passion for the music industry* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and job demands**What the role includes*** Request and manage venue availability, completing avails grids accurately and efficiently for multiple tours at the same time* Challenge and confirm tour dates with venues as required to secure optimal target routing for tours the team are working on* Mark up tour agreements that we received from agents, ensuring that agreements include terms that are in line with LN policy and language* Building and maintaining relationships with artist teams, venue teams, and internal departments, including ticketing, marketing and finance, to ensure the success of each tour* Monitor the weekly insurance report and submit insurance for all tours you are working on to ensure we have the coverage needed* Gather tour information as required to ensure that required tour information is stored centrally and can be distributed to stakeholders as needed* Ensure that we have tour reps assigned to all UK tours and that they are provided with the information they need about the tour to carry out their job successfully* Project tour sales and keep up to date with ongoing tours from confirmation to show date – highlighting potential problem areas* Enhance team productivity by supporting with scheduling and coordinating meetings, booking flights and handling expenses as required* To work with the promoter to develop new talent and aim to bring artists into Live Nation of different genres* Occasionally attending and assisting on events/festivals in evenings and on weekends* Act as first point-of-contact across certain shows/acts**Equal Opportunities**We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
