Following a recent collaboration, their global reach has expanded, enabling them to become one of the market's broadest end-to-end customs service providers.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will drive planned business growth by identifying and converting new customers within existing regions and new territories.
Job Requirements
* Assist with developing and managing an effective sales strategy
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Identify new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking
* Research market trends and competitors
* Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events
* Conduct client visits and product demonstrations
* Maintain and update the CRM system
* Produce regular reports on client progress and prospect pipeline for management
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office and email systems
* Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
* Collaborative and customer-focused mindset
* Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Basic Salary: £35,000 plus commission
