Job Title: Pupil Support Worker
Salary: £20,906.25 per annum (not pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months from start date), Term Time only

To support pupils’ emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing and assist teachers in developing and implementing individual educational programmes, supporting small groups of pupils across a broad curriculum, preparing materials, and occasionally transporting pupils.
Main Tasks
* Support pupils' emotional, social, and behavioural wellbeing.
* Assist teachers in developing and implementing individual educational programmes.
* Support individual and small groups of pupils across a broad and balanced curriculum.
* Work with pupils on educational activities.
* Prepare materials and equipment.
* Transport pupils when needed.
Job Activities
* Work with pupils individually and in small groups.
* Record relevant educational, social, and behavioural information.
* Implement educational and behavioural programmes.
* Promote social and emotional development.
* Assist in behavioural management within the school framework.
Qualifications
* Ideally Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
