A well-known Tels organisation is seeking apliance Analyst with Audit skills and excellent attention to detail to support the TSApliance programme. Working on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week in the office each week (in the Reading area)
Experience in tels industry will be beneficial in this role.
Your new role
The TSApliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organisation’spliance with the UK Tels Security Act (TSA), with a primary focus on supply chain security and asset management measures.
You will:
1. Identify instances of nonpliance, control weakness, or inconsistency and support remediation activity.
2. Develop and maintain an understanding of individual TSA measures and how they operate in practice.
3. Reviewpliance with TSA measures across systems, processes, and third‑party arrangements through liaising with key stakeholders.
4. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness of TSApliance processes.
5. Support internal and external audit activity relating to TSA measures.
6. Support TSA assurance activities, including the provision and validation of evidence.
7. Support vendor operational security reviews, including security control assessments, review of operational practices, identification of risks and gaps.
What you'll need to succeed
8. You are likely toe from an audit andpliance background and be used to giving assurance onpliance standards through first understanding the requirement, then working with teams across the business and third parties to collect evidence relating to thepliance, then assessing the evidence and giving assurance to the business that thepliance is robust and meets the requirement.
9. You will need strong attention to detail and excellent spoken and writtenmunication skills for evidence gathering.
10. Experience reviewing processes, systems, or documentation against stated requirements will be required.
11. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of and experience working in the tels industry.
12. Knowledge of TSA would be preferred but is not essential.
13. Good analytical skills and experience will also be required.

Day rate is £400 per day via umbrellapany and in scope of IR35.
