Job Description
1. Guide and manage comprehensive medical assessments to design personalized longevity and wellness programs.
2. Oversee medical staff - including nutritionists, fitness specialists, and functional medicine experts - to deliver integrative care.
3. Monitor client outcomes and continuously optimize treatment plans for long-term health and vitality.
4. Educate clients on preventive health, lifestyle interventions, and the latest advancements in anti-aging science.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in longevity and wellness practices.
6. Ensure full compliance with local and international healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards of medical ethics.
7. Maintain detailed and private medical documentation.
8. Foster strong, transparent relationships with clients focused on measurable results.

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
9. A medical degree with board certification in a relevant specialty.
10. Proven expertise in and deep passion for personalized wellness and longevity practices.
11. Demonstrated success in crafting and managing personal wellness plans.
12. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to inspire and guide clients.
13. Dedication to delivering exceptional client care.
14. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
15. Spanish/English bilingualism is a bonus, but not required.
16. Experience or interest in the Leisure, Travel and Tourism sector is a plus.
