Office Administrator (Full-time, Permanent)
9:00am–4:00pm | Salary dependent on experience
Reporting to: Head of School
Due to school expansion, we're looking for a new member of our team to work with our amazing young people, families and staff
We are seeking a highly organised, professional and welcoming Office Administrator to join our dedicated school team. This is a key role at the heart of the school, combining reception, administration, attendance monitoring, finance support and SEND administration.
Key responsibilities include:
Reception and enquiries (phone & in person)
General school administration
Attendance monitoring and reporting
Finance admin support and school communications
Coordinating meetings, events and staff training
SEND admin support, including EHCP processes
Liaising with parents/carers, local authorities and external agencies
Supporting safeguarding procedures and secure visitor management
We're looking for someone who:
• Has admin experience (school experience desirable)
• Understands SEND admin and EHCP processes
• Has excellent communication & organisation skills
• Is confident with IT and has strong attention to detail
• Can work calmly under pressure and prioritise effectively
• Understands confidentiality, safeguarding and data protection
• Is a positive team player committed to supporting children and young people
