Job Description:
A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced surveyor to manage the maintenance, compliance, and minor project work across this company's Midlands portfolio.
Working remotely (from home), you'll utilize your skills as a project manager, building surveyor, facilities manager, or similar to visit various sites and assess the condition of properties as needed.
Building relationships with site teams is crucial, ensuring oversight of both planned maintenance and reactive issues that can't be handled on-site. You'll also be responsible for estate compliance, so experience with compliance and facilities management is important. Additionally, you'll organize project work via JCT contracts, including writing specifications, tendering to contractors, and ensuring quality of work.
While chartership is not required, autonomous work experience across multiple sites is beneficial. Project delivery experience up to £300k, along with some background in facilities, compliance, and maintenance, is necessary.
