About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and friendly Administrative Assistant to join a vibrant primary school in Warrington. This key role will keep the school’s daily operations running smoothly while providing excellent support to staff, pupils, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a wide range of administrative duties, including data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
* Be the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, offering a warm and professional welcome.
* Provide administrative assistance to the senior leadership team and wider staff to ensure effective school operations.
* Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
* Maintain accurate pupil and school records, such as attendance and admissions.
* Support the organisation of meetings, school events, and diary management.
What We’re Looking For:
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a school or educational setting.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm and professional manner.
* Outstanding organisational abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
