We're looking for an organised, experienced, and personable Academy Manager to lead and grow our Academy sessions.
We Make Footballers are a professional football coaching company welcoming players of all abilities aged 4–12. Our goal is to help players become the best they can be by developing them individually and mastering the football fundamentals.
As an Academy Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Leading, supporting, and scheduling your coaching team to deliver safe, fun, and engaging sessions.
* Ensuring the highest standards of coaching across all sessions.
* Communicating with staff members and overseeing weekly scheduling.
* Admin responsibilities for our Foundation League games, including planning teams and designing a creative games programme.
* Welcoming trialists and confidently presenting our programmes to parents.
* Building strong relationships with families to encourage long-term sign-ups.
* Representing We Make Footballers in schools and the community to promote our sessions.
What we're looking for:
* FA Level 1 (minimum) – UEFA C Licence desirable.
* First Aid & Safeguarding certifications.
* A full UK driving licence (essential).
* Experience coaching 4–12 year olds.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor other coaches.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Confidence in engaging with parents and promoting our programmes.
