The Vacancy
Job Purpose:
To support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and help deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery, including coordination and upload of all associated documentation to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
Support the manager with all reasonable requests required to achieve team objectives.
Key Accountabilities:
* Represent the company professionally and positively at all times, complying with HR policies and guidelines.

* Manage workload effectively to prioritize tasks and achieve individual and team objectives.
* Assist in updating and maintaining an accurate Asset Register.
* Support planning, scheduling, and managing PPMs through to completion, including uploading certificates and documentation.
* Process Asset and PPM information from in-house teams or external suppliers.
* Assist with processing Asset Warranties information.
* Generate Asset or PPM reports as needed.
* Reassign PPMs to Technicians or Suppliers when necessary.
* Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Communicate clearly with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to support and resolve issues.
* Record and flag remedial issues from in-house PPMs.
* Raise grievances or problems with the Asset & PPM Manager.
* Participate in performance reviews and training courses.
* Follow reasonable requests from the Asset & PPM Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Educated to GCSE / Standard Grade level.
* Ability to extract, analyze, and present performance data.
* Motivated self-starter.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Confident in liaising at Area and Divisional levels.
* Experience in building relationships with colleagues and external partners.
* Willing to work flexible hours.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (V Look-ups, formulas).
* Team player.
