CACI’s Enterprise Systems Business Unit is looking for a motivated and curious Graduate/Junior Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys problem‑solving, working with customers, and learning how technology supports business change.

In this role, you will work on customer implementations of CACI’s two Enterprise Systems products — Cygnum and Certa. You will build strong product expertise and support clients through the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements elaboration, design, configuration, testing, release, and training.

You will work closely with senior consultants and project teams, gradually taking ownership of specific work packages as you develop confidence and capability. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow into a well‑rounded functional consultant with excellent customer‑facing skills.


Core Implementation Responsibilities

* Participating in requirements elaboration and acceptance‑criteria workshops
* Supporting the creation of design and configuration documentation
* Configuring Cygnum and Certa to meet agreed client requirements
* Contributing to data migration and data validation activities
* Performing functional testing, raising issues, and supporting resolution
* Assisting with preparing and deploying release packages to client environments
* Creating or updating project artefacts such as configuration notes, testing scripts, and user guides
* Delivering client training sessions and providing guidance during onboarding


Customer Engagement

* Attend and contribute to client workshops, demonstrations, and project meetings
* Support preparation and delivery of client‑facing materials
* Deliver training to end‑users under supervision
* Travel may be required occasionally depending on project needs


Supporting Customer Care & Internal Projects

* From time to time, provide support to the Customer Care team for product queries, issue investigation, or functional insight
* Contribute to internal projects, such as process improvements, product enhancements, documentation updates, or BU‑wide initiatives
* Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, feedback client insights, and help improve ways of working


Ownership & Development

* Shadow senior consultants and learn through practical project experience
* Gradually take responsibility for specific configuration areas, testing cycles, or documentation tasks
* Proactively identify risks, issues, or improvements and communicate them effectively
* Continue to build product and domain knowledge through self‑learning and CACI‑provided training

Technical Skills (Desirable)

* Understanding of APIs and how systems integrate
* Exposure to data migration or working with structured data
* Configuration or functional setup of software applications
* Familiarity with project delivery frameworks such as PRINCE2, Waterfall, or Agile/Scrum
* Early understanding of SQL or system logic (beneficial but not essential)
