This is a field-based role covering the UK, reporting into the Global Head of Sales.
Fully remote but does require frequent travel across the UK
The Role
* Manage and develop relationships with independent retailers and department stores across the UK.
* Identify and open new accounts, driving wholesale growth within your territory.
* Travel extensively to meet existing clients and prospect new business opportunities.
* Present product collections, secure orders, and introduce new seasonal ranges.
* Build strong, long-term partnerships with buyers and store owners.
* Support in-store presence through basic merchandising and product visibility.
* Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to inform sales strategy.
* Deliver against sales targets and distribution goals.
* Provide regular reporting and updates on performance and territory activity.
Requirements
* Proven experience in field sales or wholesale sales, ideally within accessories, fashion, lifestyle, or similar product categories.
* Experience working with independent retailers and/or department stores.
* Strong track record of developing new business and opening accounts.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated and highly organised, with the ability to work independently.
* Comfortable with frequent travel across the UK.
* Full UK driving licence required.
* Existing network within fashion, accessories, or gift retail.
* Experience managing regional or national territories.
* Understanding of retail cycles and seasonal product launches.
