FP&A Manager
to join their finance team. This is a high-profile role, offering the opportunity to work closely with divisional senior leadership and make a real impact on business performance.
About the Role
Our client is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take responsibility for FP&A activity across the division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead divisional FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
* Partner with senior management, delivering robust analysis and recommendations to support performance improvement.
* Enhance the quality, accuracy, and depth of financial reporting for more meaningful business insight.
* Produce and present rolling forecasts in collaboration with the divisional finance team, with clear commentary for leadership.
* Drive improvements in working capital through detailed customer and trend analysis.
* Support the Monthly Business Review process, providing narrative and insight on P&L and working capital performance.
* Deliver high-quality ad-hoc financial analysis and business intelligence to management and stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making.
* Support cost optimisation initiatives, identifying efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
* Manage and develop the Management Information & Insight team, ensuring first-class reporting and analysis.
* Maintain oversight of the forward order book, ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent, with a proven track record in FP&A and business partnering. You'll bring excellent analytical and modelling skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience of working within a divisional or group-level finance function would be highly advantageous.
